Break the Chains.

So, I came across something I wrote a few months ago and never posted. Thus, it's true more than ever.

It's been said that change can be hard and life isn't easy. Times like these it could not be said better no matter how hard you try to convince yourself otherwise. Friends may go, people move, jobs go, some stay, but no matter what there is one thing that is constant in this life. The love of Christ. It's so easy to forget it, even though at times we know He is there but its hard to allow ourselves to truly grasp the matter. Its hard to accept and just be. I've always been one to go with the flow but lately that has never been more wrong, its as if its my way or the highway and honestly it shouldn't be that at all. Yet, its so easy to get caught up and admit our faults. Yet, when you let go of that blanket that is holding you back it is if you are set free. He has a story for you, He has something planned for you far greater than you could ever imagine, It's not about letting yourself sulk or be depressed its about being free and letting the chains undone. You pray for community and you receive it but then you feel as if it isn't enough, yet in reality it is more than you ever could imagine. My friends, let Him write your story, stop trying to make things your way, be still and let those around you remind you of the true Savior. He has you in the palm of His hand, and never letting go.
